Calibration & Certification Of Process Instruments
Calibration involves both types of applications where precision measurement and precision sourcing are required. A precision source is used to test a measurement instrument, and a precision measurement device tests a sourcing instrument. It is considered a requirement of good metrology to have a quality assurance program that incorporates a routine check of the lab’s calibrating instrumentation. Because of this, a lab should be equipped with precision measurement instruments with similar performance specifications to the lab’s precision sourcing instruments (both by functionality and spec).

Pressure Calibration
EIAL PROCAL issues a Calibration Certificate for every instrument, detailing the UUC condition, results, traceability, ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, and any adjustments made.
We calibrate pressure instruments up to 700 bar / 10,000 PSI, including:
- Pressure gauges (industrial, test, compound, vacuum)
- Pressure recorders, transmitters, and transducers
- Digital/micro manometers, airline gauges, switches
- Regulators, calibrators, safety and relief valves, data loggers
Temperature Calibration
EIAL PROCAL offers comprehensive temperature calibration services, including KENAS-accredited calibration for gauges, controllers, and thermocouples.
We calibrate a wide range of devices including:
- Thermocouples, RTDs, IR thermometers
- Temperature controllers and calibrators
- Digital, dial, and glass thermometers
- Freezers, ovens, incubators, and autoclaves
Electrical Calibration
Electrical calibration refers to the process of verifying the performance of, or adjusting, any instrument that measures or tests electrical parameters. Electrical calibration involves the use of precise devices that evaluate the performance of key properties for other devices called units under test (UUTs). Because these precise devices have thoroughly known performance characteristics compared to the UUT, performance evaluation and/or calibration adjustment of the UUT to identify or minimize errors is possible.
Weighing & Mass
EIAL PROCAL's Techno-Commercial Team is highly trained and experienced in installation, commissioning, repair, and upgrades of weighing equipment, including weighbridges, platform scales, precision balances, and moisture analyzers. We offer onsite calibration, in-house repair, and accredited calibration using certified standard weights for all types of weighing systems.

Dimensional Calibration
EIAL PROCAL provides dimensional calibration by comparing instruments against certified standards to ensure accuracy. Results, including "as found" conditions, are detailed in a Calibration Certificate.
